Mr. Patrick O. Okorodudu who is a Director with Kinsfield Energy has over twenty-two years of experience as an attorney and consultant to local and international oil and gas companies in Africa and other international business entities. As legal counsel and co-founder of a US E&P public trading company, he has played key roles in leading transactions in the areas of loan syndications, infrastructure financing, merger and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
He founded Patina Group, which specializes in executing Energy Resource projects for African exploration and production companies, and provides legal and business development services for North American E & P companies seeking to do business in sub-Saharan Africa. As President of Patina Group, Mr. Okorodudu’s business task have included development of Independent oil and gas, power, and agro-allied-sector projects in emerging market economies.
Mr. Okorodudu is an associate member of the American Bar Association and the American Academy of Legal Studies in Business. He serves on the boards of several energy corporations, non profits and agro-allied companies. In academia since 2003, Mr. Okorodudu has been an adjunct professor teaching Business Law, Start-ups, leadership and Ethics courses for leading U.S. universities.
